Debi Saraswati Lewis, founder of Joyflow Yoga, has taught yoga for over 30 years, owned a studio for over 25, mentored yoga instructors through the first Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered program in Mississippi for 20 years. The Enneagram has been a part of her life for at least 30 years and she is certified as an Enneagram teacher through the Enneagram Institute with Don Riso and Russ Hudson.

Debi is the published author of “Yoga Nine Ways: Awaken to Source with Yoga and Enneagram” which expresses her ground-breaking ideas integrating these wisdom traditions with life changing and practical applications. She brings this knowledge and experience into her inspirational coaching, workshops and retreats all over the world.

Debi is an inspirational muse. Wherever she goes she inspires and creates a space of joy and light around her and within her clients. Because of her own journey to overcome depression and experiencing her own connection to inner Divine Guidance and Joy, she has trained in many modalities:

My passion is connecting with Mother Earth. I love learning and teaching about the plants, trees, roots, barks, flowers and their many medicinal and spiritual properties. I am a biodynamic herb farmer who has been learning and teaching Earth Medicine for over 13 years. I also enjoy leading guided meditations and holding space for Sacred Ceremonies. I have found we have all we need to heal ourselves and our loved ones right in our own back yards. From the land we walk, to the waters we drink, to the air we breathe and the fires we build, there are many benefits Mother Earth provides if we pay attention.

Nette Wade is a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She has been an intuitive and natural empath since childhood. Her search on the path of healing began when she was seeking knowledge of how to protect, cleanse, and balance her own energy. She also needed to heal herself from physical ailments, emotionally from the trauma experienced in her life, and energetically to raise her personal vibration. Later on, she became aware of how her healing could also heal her ancestry line, collective consciousness, and even benefit those around her. This motivated her even more.

Nette Wade completed her Master Level study of the Usui Method of Natural healing under RMT Mystic D. Francis. She also studied under her mentor, RMT Krista Tew. Nette Wade is currently a Reiki Master Practitioner and Treasurer of the Mississippi Reiki Association. After becoming a Reiki Master, Nette knew that her life was forever changed and wanted to start developing her intuitive skills even more to be able to use them more intentionally. Nette studied under world renowned psychic and medium Jill M. Jackson. She graduated her yearlong Psychic and Intuitive development program and Mediumship Courses at the Intuitive Compass Academy.

Nette is honored and humbled to now be able to provide reiki sessions and psychic readings for her client’s highest and best good, always offering a safe and nonjudgmental environment and also connect clients with their departed loved ones to receive messages. She now lives in service to Spirit and to give back to others by providing the help of support that she appreciated along her own path. Her goal is to help empower others on their journeys.

Sunny offers services of Aura Reading/Channeling. She channels messages and healing energy for people by seeing their auric field, spirit guides, angels and family members that have crossed over. She is an Intuitive/Empath who uses intuition and feelings to receive information from guides and Akashic records in order to help others understand issues and ways to heal.

Sunny is also a Reiki Master who balances energy in the body and spirit to remove negative energies and bring healing and restoration to an individual. She uses stones/crystal to transmit and receive energy while balancing and clearing all kinds of energies. She also guides individuals to reference materials regarding the use of stones in order to discover their meanings. Sunny uses spirit helpers/totem animals to act as an intermediary between the natural and supernatural worlds to cure illness and other issues.

Jennifer is dedicated to spreading the practice of yoga as a way of life. Teaching yoga is a part of deepening her personal practice. Jennifer’s teaching style seeks to bring healing to the emotional pain body through movement, breath and meditation. Jennifer teaches a mix of classical Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. Her classes are designed to align the body in such a way that the organs, muscles, joints, bones and fascia can breathe and function freely as designed. Jennifer believes that we should live in such a way that we consciously refrain from the intention of causing physical and psychological pain to any living being. Jennifer emphasizes that we must live the life we practice and practice the life that we want to live. Jennifer’s classes are grounded in mindfulness and gratitude. Jennifer has studied yoga for 15 years with Debi Saraswati Lewis, founder of Joyflow Yoga. Jennifer is accredited with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT200 and has taught throughout the Jackson community. Jennifer focuses on the importance of sharing our earth journey with each other, teaching students how to bring the practice of yoga into their everyday lives through the active expression of compassion.
