Meet Sharon Parish, the new Secretary of the Mississippi Reiki Association!
Sharon Parish LMT, RMT Sharon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Delta State University and has had a successful 20 year career in Community Corrections.
In 2015, Sharon decided to serve her community in a different capacity and enrolled in massage school at the Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics, where she was introduced to Reiki and other healing modalities. After working as a Massage Therapist part-time for five years, she decided to start her own mobile massage practice, which services Greenville and the surrounding area.
Sharon was certified as a Reiki Master Teacher in 2022, by the Hubbard Education Group. Although she’s fairly new to Reiki, she knew from the first treatment received that she would dedicate her life to the practice, in order to assist in fulfilling her purpose on this earth as a healer.Meet the Treasurer of the MSRA, Nette Wade!
Nette Wade is a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She has been an intuitive and natural empath since childhood. Her search on the path of healing began when she was seeking knowledge of how to protect, cleanse, and balance her own energy. She also needed to heal herself from physical ailments, emotionally from the trauma experienced in her life, and energetically to raise her personal vibration. Later on, she became aware of how her healing could also heal her ancestry line, collective consciousness, and even benefit those around her. This motivated her even more.
Nette Wade began her study of the Usui Method of Natural healing under Reiki Master Teacher Mystic D. Francis of the Academy of Reiki Studies and completed the master level in October 2021. She also studied under her mentor, Reiki Master Teacher Krista Tew. Nette Wade is currently a Reiki Master Practitioner and Treasurer of the Mississippi Reiki Association.
After becoming a Reiki Master, Nette knew that her life was forever changed and wanted to start developing her intuitive skills even more to be able to use them more intentionally. Nette studied under world renowned psychic and medium Jill M. Jackson. She graduated her yearlong Psychic and Intuitive development program at the Intuitive Compass Academy in September 2022 and also completed the yearlong Mediumship courses in November 2022. Nette is honored and humbled to now be able to provide reiki sessions and psychic readings for her client’s highest and best good, always offering a safe and nonjudgmental environment and also connect clients with their departed loved ones to receive messages. She now lives in service to Spirit and to give back to others by providing the help of support that she appreciated along her own path. Her goal is to help empower others on their journeys.
