My passion is connecting with Mother Earth. I love learning and teaching about the plants, trees, roots, barks, flowers and their many medicinal and spiritual properties. I am a biodynamic herb farmer who has been learning and teaching Earth Medicine for over 13 years. I also enjoy leading guided meditations and holding space for Sacred Ceremonies. I have found we have all we need to heal ourselves and our loved ones right in our own back yards. From the land we walk, to the waters we drink, to the air we breathe and the fires we build, there are many benefits Mother Earth provides if we pay attention.
