We are excited to invite you all to October’s Metaphysical Mississippi Meetup on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Pacesetter Gallery. Keri Davis has opened her space to our monthly meetups before, and this will be her third time as a venue host. The Meet & Greet starts at 6:30 p.m. and the Meeting is from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at 310 Ridge Way, Flowood, MS 39232. Pacesetter Gallery sits within the heart of Flowood, MS in the Lakeland Commons shopping center between Kohls and Hollywood Feed off Hwy 25 (Dogwood area).
As a visitor to Pacesetter Gallery, you are greeted both visually and audibly. Music plays in the background, while your eyes are met with vibrant colors and shapes from both paintings and sculptures. The energy inside Pacesetter Gallery can inspire one to pick up a paint brush for the first time or revisit artistic endeavors from their past. One cannot help but admire artists applying their talents and displaying their gifts to the world.

When asked what attracts her to the Metaphysical Mississippi community, she responded that art grounds you. It can trigger emotion and change ones mindset to handle the world in a more thoughtful way. Keri goes on to share that art is a tendril to open mindedness.

Inspiration is why Pacesetter Gallery is a fitting place to hold our next Metaphysical Mississippi Meetup. We in the metaphysical community may have gifts that can not be tangibly displayed but they can be experienced and be impactful none the less.
The gallery carries over 50 Mississippi artists working in a wide range of mediums and styles with new work coming in weekly. The gallery hosts a drop-in scavenger hunt from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Saturday for anyone who wants to visit, learn about the art, and have a positive bit of quality time with friends, family, or teambuilding.
